Terms & Conditions

Northants Grave Care – Terms & Conditions

Effective from: [15/04/2025]

1. Our Service

Northants Grave Care provides grave tending services, including light cleaning, deep cleaning, restorations, flower placement, tribute upkeep, and seasonal care, with compassion and respect.

Each visit is carried out by Adam, the sole operator, with care tailored to the package you select (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, or one-off services).

Services will only be carried out once payment has been successfully received.

2. Payment & Subscription

All subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe or PayPal, unless otherwise agreed.

You may cancel at any time by emailing adam@northantsgravecare.com. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Founding 10 and any seasonal discounts are honoured for the first 3 months of your subscription, unless otherwise stated. After that, your subscription will revert to the standard package price unless a new offer is agreed.

3. Access & Grave Location

Clients are responsible for ensuring the grave is accessible and that location details are correct. If there is any uncertainty, please provide a photograph or detailed directions.

4. Our Visits

Visits are typically carried out Monday–Friday, weather permitting. If visits are delayed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule within a reasonable time frame and keep you informed.

Photographs are taken at most visits and shared with you via email as part of the service.

5. Social Media & Promotional Use

From time to time, Northants Grave Care may respectfully share before-and-after images and video of gravesites on social media or in promotional materials. This includes videos of the full process or even vlog style videos to promotes Northants Grave Care or related ventures.

These images or videos will never include visible names unless you would like me to do so. All media is shared with dignity and discretion.

If you would prefer not to have any images or video shared, simply email adam@northantsgravecare.com and your preference will be honoured without question.

6. Floral Tributes & Seasonal Extras

Whether flowers, gravel, or other decorative items are included in your plan or ordered as an add-on, we use quality, weather-appropriate materials.

Flowers are either silk or alternative materials, depending on the package or request. Items are placed respectfully and removed if they begin to deteriorate.

7. Liability

Northants Grave Care is fully insured with public liability cover of £1,000,000.

We are not responsible for damage to headstones or graves caused by weather, wildlife, vandalism, or third parties.

If a grave is found to be severely damaged or deteriorated, we will contact you before performing any services.

8. Privacy

All client information is kept confidential and is never sold, shared, or distributed.

We only retain the data necessary to provide your service and respond to any queries.
